Global Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced digital strategist and demand generation manager to manage our lead and revenue generation strategy.
The mission of this role will be to accelerate the impact of our global sales team by delivering on all aspects of demand generation at every stage in the funnel. Both tactical and strategic, you will partner with marketing, alliances and sales to assess opportunities and develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and achieve accelerated pipeline and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities
- Create successful, innovative and measurable digital marketing campaigns designed to significantly increase pipeline and revenue
- Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be highly skilled in SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy
- Strong experience in setting up and optimising Google Ad campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Manage the ROI of the digital element of the marketing budget, including CPL and CPA, through Google Data Studio and Salesforce CRM
- Manage the Natterbox website via WordPress, build and optimise new and existing online customer journeys, ensuring best in class UX
- Create and execute high intent account-based marketing activities that drive engagement and new opportunities for target accounts
- Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize cycles. Employ A/B testing and other experimentation strategies across digital marketing channels
- Establish demand generation and KPIs to measure performance, impact and effectiveness
- Lead on data analytics for all online channels and platforms, provide regular reporting and deliver findings to identified stakeholders for all digital channels
- Achieve marketing-generated pipeline and revenue targets (as a % of sales revenue)
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in B2B demand generation and growth/digital marketing, within the SaaS/B2B software industry
- Experience of B2B digital/inbound marketing including web and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, SEO/SEM and account-based marketing
- Proven record of supporting sales to meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Solid knowledge of website tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, GoogleAds, Data Studio, Qualified, ZoomInfo, along with WordPress, and SEO software
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, and direct experience designing and executing multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaigns, implementing experiments, and adjusting for optimization
- Proficiency with data to derive insights that shape your strategy and tactics
- Experience running cross-functional projects including scheduling, budget management, performance reporting, and stakeholder management
