Natterbox Demo Installer
Setting Up Your SDO Account
- Install Natterbox into your SDO account
- Go to the ‘SDO Installer’ app in Salesforce
- Select the demo you want to install and click ‘Yes Provision It’
- Click the ‘Authenticate’ button
- Once installed, go to the ‘Natterbox’ app and you’re ready to go!
The CTI app is ready to make and receive phone calls. You will receive an email with your phone number and a link to all the other Natterbox demo resources.
Optional step: Add the ‘Open CTI Softphone’ to the utility bar of other Lightning apps in App Manager to take advantage of the Natterbox CTI in other Salesforce apps.
How to Demo Natterbox
- Once installed, go to the ‘Natterbox’ app in Salesforce
- Open up the Natterbox utility bar item
- Click ‘Launch Natterbox Webphone’
- Ask your prospect to call the number you received in your welcome email for an example of the Natterbox screen-pop
- Click on any number in Salesforce to make an instant phone call
