Inbound Business Development Representative

Are you ready to become an essential member of our dynamic marketing team? Natterbox, a top provider of cloud-based communication solutions, is looking for an ambitious and driven Inbound BDR to join our expanding organisation. As an Inbound BDR, your main goal will be to actively monitor and utilise our web chat tool Qualified, schedule meetings, follow up on marketing events, and enhance inbound lead conversions through our marketing campaigns, website, and landing pages.

Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and engage with website visitors using our web chat tool Qualified to identify potential prospects and convert web visits into meetings for the sales team
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and landing page submissions, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile
  • Conduct prospecting calls and follow up with leads, nurturing relationships to drive opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and make suggestions for optimisation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM system, Salesforce
  • Leverage our CRM system to actively compile lists of prospective clients, utilising data intelligence tools to enrich these lists, enhancing the effectiveness of our outreach efforts 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and executing a multi-channel outreach approach, while tracking performance metrics to develop an approach that enhances engagement rates
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and tactics to increase inbound lead conversions and pipeline growth
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve our processes and messaging
  • Assist with on-site events where necessary, supporting pipeline and revenue objectives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to overcome objections and navigate through complex conversation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and web chat tools (e.g. Qualified) is highly desirable
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving results
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
