It’s been a really exciting journey. I have really enjoyed the time that I’ve had with Natterbox. It’s the enthusiasm, the innovation. It’s intoxicating. It’s great, and it brings a lot of energy to my role, which I really enjoy. I’ve been with the company for around three years. It’s been fascinating, I would say. I think we’ve, we’ve grown as a company quite a bit in that time, so it’s been, really interesting just to see the expansion and growth overall. We have a group of leaders who embrace change, embrace technology. Today, I’m obviously embracing AI, and I think that’s the thing that is enabling us to pivot and drive forward as a business. It’s been amazing to be part of such an encouraging team. They’re really, really supportive. There is their encouragement to kind of go outside the box and, like, think of new ways of working, which I really enjoyed. People will be very impressed with the quality of people that work at NatterBox. We’re smart. We’re motivated. We’re passionate, and we get done what we’re set out to get done. And seeing what us as a group are able to accomplish is miraculous, honestly. I’ve been here at Natterbox for about fifteen years now. I’ve had a great time. I’ve met lots of amazing people. The technology has changed throughout those fifteen years, but ultimately the the heart of Natterbox is the people, and the people have always been amazing, and the culture has been has been brilliant. And that’s probably one of the reasons I’m still here is the people. Everyone’s very eager to help, which as a new professional coming into a career is something that I value a lot and I try to to do for other people who who join. So very inviting and welcoming is how I would answer that. Yeah. I feel welcomed and and loved here at Natterbox. Like, I’m a part of the team and there’s something that’s hard to hard to find at other companies. Culture’s brilliant. Probably one of the things that keep people here for such a long time is the people. Probably people noticed this week, it’s been quite fun outside of work, it’s been insightful inside of work. You never stop learning, and that that’s what it’s always been like for me. It’s infectious in a way. It makes you want to innovate as well. It makes you want to continue learning and you don’t become complacent easily. It’s ever changing. We’re constantly going through technological change, product advancements. We’ve been on a real journey. What we produced is incredible. We’ve gone from being I work for a phone system company to I work for an AI company, and I think that’s probably the most exciting transition for me. We’ve spoken to customers who’ve been talking to all the massive vendors in the market, the ones making loads of noise about this technology, and they said, well, we chose you because yours works. And that’s incredible to be able to be part of a journey where you’re doing something that literally no one else has been able to do. A lot of our customers have always operated with an IVR, a switchboard, and a lot of them today still do. That is dead. That is very much a thing of the past. We are here to help make sure they go on that journey and stay at the top of their industries. There’s a a line that we’ve said a lot over the last couple of days, which is essentially our time is now. That’s something that drives everyone. We’ve been saying for a long time we are all in on AI and we’re all in on Natterbox, and that’s the vibe that we get from everyone in the company is driving in that direction, looking to innovate, challenge, and be the best that we can. If someone lifted the lid up on that box and I had to describe what they could see, they would see the most passionate people they’ve ever met in their life. It would blow their mind. They would probably have to close that box again because of the energy that would spill out of it from the people.
