Software Test Engineer (Manual) - remote

Natterbox Ltd, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their remote team. As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Natterbox's cloud PBX service that captures and integrates voice into customer processes and the Salesforce CRM system. You will work with a team of skilled professionals and have an opportunity to grow your career with a company focused on delivering class-leading service levels to their customers through effective integration of voice into their digital customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test cases for various components of Natterbox's products
• Identify, record, and track software defects detected during manual testing
• Cooperate effectively with development and support teams to understand requirements and to resolve issues
• Analyze and report test results and communicate with cross-functional teams regarding issues and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure testing activities meet quality objectives and company requirements
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Assist in developing and/or maintaining necessary test automation scripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in manual testing
• Familiarity with testing CRM, VOIP, and/or Telecommunications applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and its tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Ability to read code and understand basic programming concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
