SALESFORCE CTI

Salesforce CTI without the adapter in between.

No adapter, no second screen, no sync job. Calls, routing, recording and AI agents run inside your Salesforce org, on your data, updated the moment something happens.

The screens merged. The gap didn’t.

One screen now, still two systems underneath

A CTI adapter can sit neatly inside a single Salesforce tab today. It’s still bridging two systems underneath, and the seam between them doesn’t disappear, it just moves somewhere your agent can’t see it, which makes it harder to notice when something’s actually out of sync.

Voice and customer data

Call recordings and metadata sit with the carrier first, and only reach Salesforce once the two systems next sync. Until then, whoever on your team looks at the record has no way of knowing whether they’re seeing what just happened, or what happened last time the two systems got round to syncing.

An external AI

An AI layered on top of a CTI adapter only sees whatever the integration was built to pass through. It can flag a case or suggest a next step, but it’s reasoning from a partial copy of the record, not the record itself.

No adapter. No lag.

Screen-pop with full history

The moment a call connects, the record opens automatically, right down to what happened on the last call. Nobody’s searching for the account, and nobody’s starting the conversation from zero.

Automatic activity logging

Every call writes itself to the record as it happens: call logged, case created if one’s needed, voice data attached. There’s nothing left for the agent to type up once they’ve hung up.

The wrap-up, done automatically

The AI listens to the call and sets the disposition itself, the outcome code an agent would normally pick from a dropdown, so nobody on your team has to fill it in after they hang up.

Routing changed with clicks

A setting an admin edits with clicks, not a request that waits on IT.

Is this the right fit for you?

Built for teams already running Salesforce as their system of record, with agents working real call volume inside it. If your systems need to stay on-premise, or Salesforce isn’t where your customer data lives, this isn’t the right fit.

See it on your own org

See your own Salesforce console handle a call, start to finish.

“Natterbox connects perfectly with Salesforce… It also helps our field team keep data clean and accurate, even while on the move.”

What’s the actual difference between a CTI adapter and what Natterbox does?

A CTI adapter connects two separate systems and keeps them in sync after the fact. Natterbox runs inside Salesforce itself, so there’s no second system to sync, no adapter to maintain, and no lag between a call happening and the record reflecting it.

Does this replace our contact centre agents?

No. It removes the manual admin around a call, the screen-switching, the note-taking, the case creation, so agents spend that time on the conversation instead.

How much admin time does this actually save?

Three to five minutes of manual admin removed from every call, logged automatically the moment the call ends.

How quickly can we go live?

Weeks to months, depending on scope, configured with clicks rather than code.

How much does this cost?

Pricing depends on the number of agents, channels and AI capability you need. See full pricing at natterbox.com/products/pricing, or book a demo for a number based on your setup.

CTI is one piece of a bigger platform.

Screen-pop and automatic logging fix the specific problem of an agent working across two screens. They’re part of a wider Salesforce-native contact centre: telephony, an outbound dialler, IVR and call routing, all running inside the same org, with an AI workforce handling routine calls end to end and handing off to a person for everything else.
